MBA and MCA Admission for Wards of Jammu and Kashmir Migrants-2013
Applications are invited from the wards of Jammu and Kashmir migrants as per the provisions of the Govt of Gujarat, Education Dept letter no.PVS/102013/282/S dated 21st June, 2013 and PVS/102013/312/S dated 28th May, 2013 for admission to MBA/MCA courses after graduation in 10+2+3/10+2+4 pattern in Govt. /Grant-in aid/Self -financed institutes

Eligibility:
MBA/MCA courses after graduation in 10+2+3/10+2+4 pattern in Govt. /Grant-in aid/Self -financed institutes
Eligibility rules mentioned in the MBA and MCA notification, 5 (1), 5 (2) will not be applicable, however for MCA; candidate shall have passed the Higher Secondary School examination (standard XII, 10+2 pattern) or Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics or Business Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subject

Eligible and interested candidates should apply in the prescribed application form along with the relevant documents and a demand- draft for Rs.500/- in favor of “Member Secretary ACPC” -payable at Ahmedabad-380015
It is mandatory to produce the migration certificate from the competent authority along with application, which may be noted
Applications received after the time limit will not be entertained
Merit list:
Merit list of the eligible candidates will be uploaded on the website
Counseling will be held at Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Ahmedabad. No individual call letter will be issued
Candidates, whose names appear in the merit-list, shall remain present with all original documents and part fees (Rs. 1500/- for Govt. & Grant-in – aid institutes and Rs. 20,000/- for self-finance institutes) at their own cost
Without original documents candidate shall not be allowed to take part in the counseling
Seats:
For wards of state of Jammu and Kashmir Migrants, maximum two supernumerary seats will be allotted in each institution (where the seats are filled by ACPC Committee) based on separate merit list prepared for the purpose
No individual call letter will be issued
Application form:
Candidates, whose names appeared in the merit list, shall remain present with all original documents and necessary part fees (Rs 1500/- for govt. and grant-in-aid institutes and Rs 20,000/- for self-finance institutes) at their own cost
The candidate remained present without original documents shall not be allowed to take part in the counseling

Important Dates:
For receiving application forms in person or by registered post only at ACPC 22nd July, 2013 to 31stJuly, 2013
Display of Merit list of eligible candidates on the website 01st August, 2013
Counseling program 05th August, 2013 from 11.00 a.m onwards
Reporting to the institute: 07th August, 2013
