Admission Notice 2013

Executive Postgraduate Programme (EPGP) Admission-2013

Applications are invited for admissions to the following Executive Education Programmes:

Executive Postgraduate Programme in Management (EPGP): Two-year Programme accredited by AMBA
After successful completion of the programme, the candidates are awarded "Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management"

This programme is offered from class room centres situated only in India

Executive Post Graduate Certificate in General Management (EPGCGM): Duration of the programme is one year

After successful completion of the programme, the candidates are awarded "Executive Post Graduate Certificate in General Management"

Specialization Programmes:

Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management (EPGCSM)
Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Operations Management (EPGCOM)
Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management (EPGCMM)
Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Financial Management (EPGCFM)
Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (EPGCHR)
Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Information Technology Management (EPGCITM)

On successful completion of the programmes, the candidates are awarded "Executive Post Graduate Certificate in the respective specialization"

For the Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Information Technology Management (EPGCITM): apart from the above eligibility requirement, the candidate must have studied at least 3 subjects related to Information Technology during Graduation or any additional diploma level certification in Information Technology or;

Minimum of 2 years experience (out of 5 years) in the IT/IT-Services sector or IT functions of any organization

Eligibility: Graduates/CA/ICWA with 50% marks having at least 5 years work experience

The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the bachelor's degree would be calculated based on the practice followed by the university/institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree

In case the candidates are awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of grades/CGPA to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the university/institution from where they have obtained the bachelor's degree

In case the university/institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be estd by dividing the candidates

Admission Procedure:

Applicants with valid CAT score minimum 75% or GMAT score minimum 650 score can apply

Applicants do not possess valid CAT or GMAT score need to write an entrance test called EMAT which will be conducted by IIMK

Admission is based on the required educational qualifications, work experience and performance in the entrance test (EMAT) followed by a personal interview

CAT and GMAT score not older than 2 years from the last date of online application

Fee:

EPGP: Rs.7,30,000/- payable in six installments
EPGCGM: Rs.3,50,000/- payable in three installments

Application Form:

Applicants can make the application fee through online mode (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) or via demand draft /- in favor of “Indian institute of Management Kozhikode” payable at Calicut/Kozhikode

Applicants paying the fees through offline mode need to take demand draft before filling the online application

After filling the application, take a printout and forward the following documents to IIM Kozhikode; hard copy of application with photograph affixed and duly signed; demand draft of Rs 2000/- drawn in favour of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode payable at Kozhikode; self attested copies of degree certificate/mark sheets and work experience certificate to the Senior Administrative Officer (AA), IIM Kozhikode, IIMK Campus PO, Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode-673570, Kerala

Last date for receipt of completed application along with all the required documents at IIM Kozhikode is 25th August, 2013

Therefore the applicants are advised to complete the online application form well in advance and sent the hard copy of the application so that it reaches latest by 31st August 2013
