Applications are invited for admission to various courses and other certificate programmes for the session 2013-14
Regarding Physical Counseling at Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal for vacant/left over seats (if any) after the Centralized Manual Counseling conducted by HSTES at Govt. Polytechnic, Ambala
Applications on prescribed performa (available on university website), from eligible candidates are invited for filling up left over vacant seats (if any) for admission to B.Tech. 1-year/B.Arch/B.Tech 2^nd year (LEET) and MBA (2 year) courses till 12^th August, 2013 upto 05.00 p.m

JEE Main Rank: 1 to 2.0 Lakhs, 2,00,001 and above

B.Tech. LEET (OLET Rank)
OLET Rank: 1 to 4000, 4001 and above
Date and Time of Physical Reporting at DCRUST, Murthal: 13^th August, 2013 to 14^th August, 2013, 10.00 a.m.
B.Arch.: (50/50 Merit of NATA and Qualifying Examination)
Date and Time of Physical Reporting at DCRUST, Murthal: 13^th August, 2013 to 14^th August, 2013, 10.00 a.m.
MBA: 2 Year Programme: Merit of CMAT/MAT/Academic Merit of qualifying exam (i.e. Graduation) in order of the preference

Seats:
The allotment against vacant seats (if any) will be strictly as per the merit in the respective course as shown above

Application Procedure:

The candidates are required to report in the Seminar Hall, 02^nd Floor, Vikram Sarabhai Block in the University with full semester fee (details available on the University website) in the form of Demand draft only in favour of REGISTRAR, DCRUST, Murthal payable at SBI, Murthal (Bank Code-14374)
The candidate are advised to check the University website for available seats matrix status from midnight of 12^th August, 2013
The vacant seats (if any) shall be filled up on 13^th August, 2013 to 14^th August, 2013 at 10.00 a.m. onwards
Candidates must carry their all original and attested certificate documents (2 copies) for physical counseling as mentioned in HSTES Admission Brochure 2013
Admission to B.Tech (Biotechnology) shall be made on the basis as per chapter 3 of HSTES admission brochure 2013
If any candidate reports late, he/she will be considered only for the seats available at that time
Prescribed application form is available only on the university website www.dcrustm.org
The application form duly filled in should be accompanied with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 125/- for SC candidates of Haryana) drawn in favour of REGISTRAR, DCRUST, Murthal payable at SBI, Murthal
The application form may be submitted at University either in person or by post in the name of Registrar upto 12^th August, 2013 till 05.00 p.m.
The University shall not be responsible for any postal delay
The candidate will not be allowed to participate in physical counseling without submission of application in prescribed performa before 12^th August, 2013
