Applications are invited on prescribed proforma available on college website for vacant seats in B.Tech./M.Tech./MBA/MCA courses
For B.Tech. (First year), Online forms are to be filled through College Website and hardcopy of same is to be submitted in the office of Dean (Academics) by due date

For B.Tech. (3rd Semester), M.Tech., MBA and MCA courses (First year), only hardcopy of form is to be submitted in the office of Dean (Academics) by due date
B.Tech., M.Tech., MBA & MCA (With All Reservations)

Eligibility and will all Reservation:

B.Tech.: 1st and 2nd shift (on the basis of JEE (Main) Qualifying exam) for 85% and 15% state residents (with reservation)
Last date of submission (till 11.00 a.m): 02^nd August, 2013
Date of counselling: 05^th August, 2013
M.Tech.: (Regular and Part-Time) for 85% and 15% state residents (with reservation), PTU Regional Centre with respective reservation
Last date of submission (till 11.00 a.m): 12^th August, 2013
Date of counselling: 13^th August, 2013
MBA (on basis of CMAT/qualifying examination) and 1st year MCA (on basis of qualifying examination) for 85% and 15% state residents (with reservation)
Last date of submission (till 11.00 a.m): 12^th August, 2013
Date of counselling: 13^th August, 2013
B.Tech.: (3rd Semester) LATERAL Entry (with reservation)
Last date of submission (till 11.00 a.m): 05^th August, 2013
Date of counselling: 08^th August, 2013
If any reserve seat remains vacant, the same shall be filled as an open seat
The applications received for reserved seats will also be considered for open category
No fresh application will be called

Original documents must be produced at the time of counseling and fee has to be deposited on the spot, details on college website www.gndec.ac.in
The duly filled applications, testimonials, demand draft of Rs. 1000/- (Only for B.Tech first year and Lateral entry admission) favouring Director, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana must be submitted/addressed to Dean (Academics), Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College,  Ludhiana
No application fee is admissible for MBA/MCA/ M.Tech. Applicants
Last round of counselling for vacant seats (if any) will be held on 13^th August, 2013
The forms for same will be accepted from 08.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. sharp on 13^th August, 2013
Counselling will be held at 12.00 p.m. on the same day
