REST! REST!! REST!!!

 

REST! — don't kill yourself with stress.

Stress is a slow killer. It kills slowly without someone noticing it.

Please, don't die before your time — REST!

Rest is very good for your health. Consistent resting is very good for your total well-being.

If you don't rest enough, you won't live long enough because stress will be destroying your cells, and your well-being will be declining gradually.

Some sudden deaths are the result of accumulated stress. 

Three types of stress you should avoid are:

1. Physical stress

2. Mental stress

3. Emotional stress.

Physical stress is caused by working too hard or too much without eating well and without resting well.

 Mental and Emotional stress are caused by too much thinking, worries, and anxieties.

 When some people claim to be resting, they're still working themself up mentally and emotionally.

When you rest, take worries and anxieties away from your mind.

Free your mind! Enjoy some moments of inner peace. Sleep like a baby. Eat like a king.
