Job Description:
• Designer wanted: have flair for design and to carry out conceptual ideas and designs. • Draftsperson cum site co-ordinator post also available. • Other skills such sourcing, site co-ordination and supervision, draft BQ's and attend meetings will be welcomed. • Fresh grads are also welcome as training and guidance will be supported to successful candidates. • Salary will be based on ability and experience. Job Requirements: • Candidates to be have Auto-cad, 3d Max and Photoshop skills. • Candidates to be able to carry out drawings in 2d and 3d presentation and detailing. • Candidates with design background in residential and offices preferred. • Candidates to be able to present your design and ideas in English and Chinese. • (Ability to read and write in Chinese will be an advantage) • Candidates to be able to work independently and also as part of a team. • Candidates with own transportation are preferred as will be required to travel around KL and Klang Valley. • Candidates must be Malaysian citizens. | |
