Job Description
- We establish an excellent commission structure to share profits with regional distributors in order to build a world class brand in the industry. - To improve product knowledge and sales skills, candidates will be required to complete a six-month training program at our Taipei headquarters. Candidates will receive pay and allowances during the training period. (Salary: RM 3200/month; allowance: RM 800/month) - Upon completion of the training program, candidates will sign a distribution agreement with the company and officially become a Regional Distributor of Keding Enterprises. - Additional allowances will be provided for the first 12 months to support the Distributors at the beginning stage of starting up business in the assigned area. (RM 6900/month for 1st -6th month; RM 4200/month for 7th -12th month) - Distributors will get support that goes beyond the basics, including start-up capital if applicable. - Based on a “one-city, one-distributor” scheme, we ensure profits in the exclusive distribution area. - We are a leading company specializing in manufacturing fancy prefinished wood veneered panels for interior space. Our Headquarters are located in Taipei, Taiwan with branch offices in New York, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Singapore. We are looking for Sales Managers/Regional Distributors as we are focusing on expanding our business in all ASEAN Countries. Position Requirements
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:	- Salary: RM 4200~6900 /month + commission - CHINESE Malaysian Citizens. Must be able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Other Chinese dialects are preferred. - Must have previous managerial experience. - Candidates must successfully complete 6 month training program and evaluation. - We seek partners having entrepreneurial interests and an ambitious drive as priorities. - Successful candidates should have superior communication and presenting skills. - Candidates should show leadership with good business acumen and thorough understanding of customer’s mindset. - Responsible, passionate about success and can adapt in a challenging environment. - Computer literate in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point with good presentation abilities. - Candidates must also have the ability to distinguish colors
